STEP 15 - BUMPS AND BRUISES

Have you ever been going about your business when you discover a BUMP OR BRUISE you didn’t even realize was there, much less how it happened?

Some are light and relatively painless, but others are dark and tender to the touch.

What do you do when bumps and bruises happen to you or your family? Do you just tough your way through them and wait for them to go away on their own?

Here are some Essential Oil solutions to help soothe and support those tender areas after a bump or bruise occurs.
 
SOOTHE THE BRUISE ROLLER BLEND RECIPE

• 5 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 5 drops Cypress Essential Oil

• 5 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

Combine Essential Oils in a 10ml roller bottle and top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil or Carrier Oil of choice. Shake well before each application. To use: roll on a small amount over the area of concern two to three times daily.

BRUISE BE GONE SPRAY RECIPE

• 5 drops Helichrysum Essential Oil

• 4 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 3 drops Cypress Essential Oil

• 3 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil

• 3 drops Geranium Essential Oil

Combine Essential Oils in a 2 oz. spray bottle and top off with Distilled Water. Shake well before each use. To use: lightly mist area of concern two to three times daily.
